As others have noted, the product no longer matches the pictures online or in the manual. The bottom of the pole has been redesigned, it is now impossible to insert it into anything due to having a blunt end. The lever locking mechanism also can not even hold the tension of the umbrella standing on its own weight. Pretty ridiculous. I contact the company and their response was "sorry - not sorry"
