Incomplete pre-sale advertising
Wish I knew I had to handwash equipment first. I was expecting a hands free sterilization as advertised on TV. As a 20+year user I will not spend $300 to blow out the tubes and buy additional equipment every 6 months. Sounds like a printer/cartridge scam. I will return this one.
