Easy to use, but the backside of the plate is full of black stuff
It's very easy to use, and great to make takoyaki and crepe. However, while I was cleaning the plate, I have black stuff all over my fingers. I definitely did not over-burn the plate. It's impossible to clean out all the black stuff from the backside. They are from the plates themselves. Am I the only one having the issue? On the official CucinaPro web, it says the plates are stainless, but they definitely don't look like stainless to me....
