First, these are NOT Energizer-branded batteries in Energizer packaging as the product picture shows. The batteries are packaged in generic plain white packaging with no labels or writing. Stamped on the battery is a Chinese word, “Lithium Battery”, “CR2032”, “3V”, “CHN”. The first 6 batteries we happened to use worked when they were installed into LED votive candles. We did not check their voltages. The next 2 batteries did not work in the candles, so I got out my voltage tester to check them out. Of the remaining 14 batteries, 1 was ok at 3.1v, 2 were at 2.5v, too low to be useful, and 11 were less than 0.5v. There were no date stamps on the batteries themselves or the packaging, so I can’t tell how old the batteries are. This set of 20 batteries yielded only 7 usable batteries ... and specifically were NOT Energizer ECR2032 batteries. I should have immediately returned the batteries once I realized that these were NOT Energizer ECR2032 batteries but generic ones.
