This thing is a piece of s*%# - im on my second one from the company. The first one had a hole in the bottom and leaked coffee everywhere and the sent another one. But the problem is that metal case around the glass isn't flush, so water builds up between the glass and the metal (also coffee grounds) and makes a mess every time you use it. So if you like a gross - not well made coffee - never clean french press this is the one for you.
