UPDATE 1 month later! It no longer works! Won't go to pressure. I've called the customer service number well over ten times and have left 6 messages....guess what? Apparently no one works there so no help! Now it's a useless large piece of junk with no way to return or troubleshoot. So I no longer love it! Not only did mine break but I talked a friend into getting one and theirs broke after 3 weeks! 2/2016 Love it! Got it today and immediately put it to use making ribs! They were AUH-mazing! I'd give 5 stars but as I turned the lid into lock position the handle poked me and when I looked down the side of handle was peeled back. Disappointing and too much of a hassle to return 😩
