The wing closure on one of the tops for the 3.2 cup container was missing. This makes one of the ten sets received unusable. The REALLY irritating thing: No response from Rubbermaid. Rubbermaid, if you're listening: Please be in touch to tell me how you will remedy. UPDATE: Last week I contacted Rubbermaid directly. They were efficient and gracious. I should receive my replacement top in the next week. I will report back. MEANWHILE, Amazon should probably look at its follow up/quality control. Messaging through Amazon did not work.
