I bought this stair case for my 20 LBS dog to get into bed. I can not say anything good about the stairs. It is way too big for my space in the bed room and the dog did not like it. As you can see in the pictures that all I paid for is cardboard. I had the stairs for 3 days and it started to fall apart. I do not think this system would hold a 175 lbs animal. Obviously it could not take my 20 lbs dog. Jade used the stairs a few times with help. For the 3 days when she would get off the bed she would jump off she never used the stairs to get down. My dog is good for jumping down but not jumping up. I was sick of the stairs so I sent it back to get a full refund. I would have kept them if the stairs was made of wood or hard plastic and the dog used them.
