Do you like getting screwed over? Great! Buy this product from Amazon! Mine worked for exactly 2 whole weeks! After “trouble shooting” the black hole of non existent function that became of my brand new 2wk old $99 product, Fitbit customer care concluded I needed a new one, I concluded I didn’t. Amazon resigned to refund my money minus a $20 restocking fee! And that was them making an exception! 2 weeks everyone! I read the negative reviews before I bought it and thought, okay, those were flukes, I’ll be alright! Amazon said, think again, you spendaholic card holding Prime member, go fudge yourself, give us back our landfill addition AND $20. Needless to say, my blind faith in the company has died a little today. And I will not be buying any more products from FitBit.
