Update: JUL 2018 Do not buy this product. It has failed in the same manner as the first one, just took a few months longer. So, I'm on my second one of these after the first lasted about two weeks before crapping out. One morning it just started turning off every time the button was pressed. Just decided it had enough and didn't want to brew no mo. I'm giving the replacement a shot at the big leagues, so 4 days in it is working so far. I really liked the machine in a weird way, even though it is so SLOOOOW. Pros: Makes a very hot cup of coffee Grounds basket works well, so you really don't need the K Cups at all. Easy to clean One-touch to make a cup Compact Cons: Paint dries faster than this makes a cup (Avg 2min 30 seconds to brew and fill) Small water tank A bit noisy Not durable Why should you buy it? You want a cheap K-cup machine that also does ground coffee. That's about it...
