Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

We just received the TV this morning. Everything was fine setting it up and logging in to the apps and stuff. Turned it off for a few hours, and tried to turn on in the evening for some TV, and the screen would not turn on! We could hear the sound, but there were no pictures showing. Tried turning off and on, unplugging and plugging in, nothing worked. Called Amazon customer service, not helpful at all (this is weird because they are usually very helpful). Anyways I'm returning this piece of trash and getting another brand. First time getting a Samsung product and this is what I got. Never buy Samsung again!
