The holder is too small, as in there is not enough clearance between the holder rack itself and the cabinet it is mounted to so a new roll will not turn. I do not use some sort of extra large special paper towels. I use Bounty. You literally have to take some paper towels off the new roll, and then insert it onto this poorly thought out holder. Unbelievable. I don't know how this reached the reviews it did. It also comes with the cheapest softest screws of all time. Literally stripped out when installing even after I predrilled holes! This product is extremely poorly thought out. Mine also had some of the finish missing. Buy something else. This product will frustrate you since its only job is to hold paper towels and it cannot... hold paper towels.
