It goes too hard and my grandmother couldn't use it for her back pain. The plug cord should be longer. The heating element never got warm. I kind of liked it but its definitely not for the old or bigger people because its difficult to use properly. *Edit* After I gave this review, the company reached out to me several times to ask me to change the review. Offering daily increases in an Amazon Gift Card. That type of practice should be stopped. I am letting Amazon know. Several family members did enjoy the product but it was bought for an elderly person and it is not suitable for someone of age who are tender. I hope others are not changing their reviews due to the company requesting the change.
