Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I purchased one of these for my mother for Mother’s Day. I attempted to install it in her windows and I found that it was not secure and it was cheaply made. I packaged everything carefully and returned it to the vendor. Nothing was damaged.I was only given a partial refund. I would not use this vendor.
