I was extremely excited when this pro-form elliptical arrived. I used it almost daily for 40-60 minute workouts at above average resistance. Sadly, in a few short months the machine started having issues. Hand sensors fell off, but more importantly, the machine’s motor acted up by not allowing me to go above level ONE! This made the elliptical pointless. I then followed the requested steps by emailing the company for assistance. I received no reply to my several emails. Finally, I called but received little help since they tell you to email them with written explanation of the problem. I was growing frustrated. Then I called a third time and the customer rep diagnosed the problem as a motor issue. He said he’d replace the motor. I wanted someone to come install the new motor but the rep said it was relatively easy and I would have to do it myself. Ugh! Motor arrived months later without instructions!! I was so disgusted and frustrated that I gave up! I threw the damn manchine away yesterday. What a big waste of money and the customer support was worse!
