Below is my initial review of the product when I ordered it a year ago. The bottle has since developed a pinhole leak and I have made numerous attempts to get in touch with Klean Kanteen for a replacement per their warranty and cannot get a response from anyone at the company. Almost two months after I first emailed them I received a response and was told I would get a replacement - that was a month ago. Still no replacement and no one has returned my follow up emails or the voicemails I've left after calling them. Ruddy customer service. So I tend to be very picky with the things that I buy. I don't have much junk in my life, so the things that I do have must have a purpose and they must serve it well. This bottle fits the bill. First, it's sturdy, really sturdy. Because it's stainless and double-walled, it's very strong. Second, the bottle is insulated, which works really well. I really only put water in this, but when I put really cold drinks in here the bottle never sweats, which is a huge plus. Also many of the other insulated bottles out there have weird, contoured bodies. This is just a cylinder. I have yet to find a cup holder that it does not fit in. I have never had any weird tastes from the bottle (this would likely be indicative of an issue with the water put into it anyway), it's never leaked on me, never sweats, nothing. I carry it with me everywhere I go so it's used every day. I absolutely love it, and my "bottle hunt," if you will, is over. 5-stars for a great product.
