Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Bought this kute kettle on 3/10 from Amazon because of large number of favorable reviews. It came on time and looked really pretty. The whistle is loud enough to hear in our house. The handle stays warm, sometimes hot but not that hot to grab. Some people complained about the lid being too tight. I found it ok although i have to use a bit force to get it on and off. The internal lining seems to be a covered material. That was a less concern now because i just found a couple days ago the rims on both the kettle and the lid are severely rusted! I have taken a few picutres to show how rusted they are. If it were genuinely made of stainless steel as it claims, there is no way it rusted so badly in just two and a half months. I'm convinced that I must have received a fake one as i didn't seem to remember any review mentioned this problem. I'll contact Amazon for either a refund or another replacement (if they can garantee the quality). Otherwise I have to look elsewhere. Amazon usually sells good product. They let me down this time and I hope they can do something to save up their reputation.
