Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

First time it worked alright. I didn't use the mit. Second time two weeks later... I used the mitt and exfoliated prior and I got very patchy skin. It looks horrible. Don't think the mitt was necessary because I feel I did it better first time without it. What do I do about this now! Edit: the company owner begged me to take my negative review off with offerings of free products. So please keep that in mind when wondering why there are not many negative reviews. I understand he wants a positive image for his product but every product may not work for everyone and people have the right to read both people's negative and positive experiences. I didn't think that was that 'cool'.
