Only giving this one star because it’s my only lowest option. I have never NOT finished a book because my brain can’t fathom not completing something. But goodness gracious this was so incredibly hard to get through. If I would have read the phrase “lovely cup of tea” one more time my brain would have burst. This book was so incredibly boring, the double plot line is at times very confusing but also very predictable at the same time. There is no character development. Who introduces a ghost more than halfway through a book? I couldn’t wait to finish this just so I could move on. I can’t believe it’s a best-seller.
