UNIT WON'T HOLD CHARGE AFTER 100 DAYS OF USE. CAN'T RECHARGE. USED MULTIPLE CABLES, SO IT'S NOT THE CHARGING CABLE. ARGH - CUSTOMER SUPPORT. DEFECTIVE AFTER 100 DAYS OR ABOUT $1.25 PER DAY. DON'T PURCHASE THIS PIECE OF CRXP ---- my follow up note to AOSU after 3 weeks of trying to get this to charge properly (see below) I have spent 2 to 3 total weeks attempting to get my doorbell to charge. I've used many usb cables, I've tested each cable with a proper voltmeter (as I have those tools on my tech bench). I've followed the repeated help from AOSU support (which seems to be quite 'canned' and copied/pasted info, which serves me to no particular end). I have a doctorate and post doc in engineering and do circuit design daily, so I am no stranger to technology. Quite frankly, this product has - in my opinion (a) poor user design and is further exacerbated by (b) cut-and-paste user support. I purchased it in September (September 6, per attached image) of this year through Amazon and have spent way too much of my time trying to get it to charge (over 2 to 3 total weeks of nonuse). This product is frustrating. In summary, from my perspective and professional experience as a circuit designer, this product is defective and the tech support is abysmal. Ron
