We sharpened 20 pencils in this sharpener before it died. Wondering what happened, we called the company. They informed us that the sharpener is for kids, that it's not meant for high capacity (20 pencils is "high capacity??!!"), and that it's really meant for classrooms (and THAT'S not high capacity??!!) - all things that would have been nice to know before purchasing. They told us to unplug it and let it cool. That was two days ago and it still doesn't work at all. Highly annoying.
