When I first got this battery pack, it had a terrible smell to it. I've used this thing many times and started to think that this is not 26800 mAh so I did the math. I charged my Note 9 an additional 50% every time I used it which means I would be taking roughly 2000 mAh away from this battery pack. I did this around 5-6 times total over the course of 2 weeks and then I had to charge the battery pack again. So, I got a total of 12000 mAh which is not at all what this battery pack advertises. Luckily I'm still in my eligible date range to return this junk. In all honesty, it's better to just go for one of Anker's battery packs since they're much more reliable. Don't buy this 3rd party "Made in China" junk.
