I had high hopes for these knives but after 2 months and now unable to return, they have turned to crap. I use these knives daily and tonight as I was cutting some Carne asade, one of them literally cracked. Not only is this a major safety issue but I have NEVER in my 50 years seen a decent kitchen knife crack and seperate. These have always been hand washed and taken care of like a knife set should be. Very dissapointed - keep looking and save your money on these ones. You can see the knife that cracked tonight and previous to cracking, you can see how terrible the blade edge is. It is nearly impossible to keep these sharp.
