Why don't people use the products they design, if only to see how good their design is? This is another product that wasn't tested by the designers. The part with the cloth cover is higher, and wider, than the squeege section. It's great when washing and/or scrubbing the glass. However, when you turn it around to squeegee off the window, 2 bad effects are present: 1. Because the squeegee section is physically lower than the cloth covering, the latter hits the frame around the window, and the squeegee cannot reach the top of the glass. 2. Because the cloth section is wider than the squeegee, when you try to squeegee the edges of the glass, the cloth section prevents you from getting to the edges, both left and right. The only solution I found to #2 was to remove the cloth covering after scrubbing the window so I can squeegee them. Standing on an extension ladder, with this device, a bucket/bottle of glass cleaner, and having to remove and replace the cloth every time, is quite troublesome, what to speak of a little dangerous. The only option I found was to leave the edges of both sides of every window with a 1" section of wet glass, which leaves streaks- thus making the entire operation somewhat useless. I did manage to clean all the windows, which justifies the 2 stars, but I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy this for the reasons stated. Sorry, but this was my experience.
