Echo Show is a decent device. I definitely feel this is version 1 - and the hardware will be updated in coming years. The screen size seems a bit smaller, and could be larger. But despite that, it is useful. My main use case was kids (who are too young to have cell phone) could watch YouTube video about travel, drawing or other things they are curious about. That use case worked ok for 3 days - before the current spat between Google and Amazon. You can no longer watch YouTube videos on Echo Show either through a native app or through their website. The reason for 1 star - send a message to both Google (YouTube) and Amazon to grow up!!! I love both products. Don't make me chose between one or the other! If the spat between the companies is not resolved, I would be returning my device as a protest. It's a nice to have, not a must have - so I can easily live without it.
