I have a pair of Raycons and I love them. I bought these to try them up sense my other ones aren't really suitable for the gym. when they came I was very excited but when I opened the package there seemed to be something off. the headphone case looked scratched and the charging port was busted (thankfully they have wireless charging so I could still charge them) and the headphones came dead which has never happened with ANY headphones I have ever bought. Also the sound quality of the headphones are weird. every pair of Raycons I have bought or have tried from other people the quality is so clean are crisp, it's one of the things I love most about the Raycons but these sound almost as if they are under water so i figured sense I've never had this experience before I just happened to get a bad pair, almost as if they were used even though I paid for a new pair. I tried to get a replacement but it wouldn't even give me the option. I contacted amazon customer support and they told me I had to go through Raycon myself which was fine but Raycon just told me I had to go though amazon. I've been on a constant back and forth all day and it's tiring. I went to try and get a refund for my 130$ and they said the product wasn't eligible for refund, return or replacement! Raycon is a good company and I love their products but this was a very bad experience. now I'm out of 130$ and a pair of headphones that I can barley use. Definitely think before buying this product. hopefully if you do you will have a better experience then I did.
