**READ** Poor durability and design -- Whiplash to the face
This was an atrocious piece of exercise equipment priced exorbitantly beyond it's value, especially considering the durability.
Within 1 SINGLE month of doing the suggested exercises provided by the manual, in good form mind you, the resistance bands snapped on me and gave me severe whiplash, as one would expect from 150lbs of tension force.
Not only did one set of bands snap, but both sets did (the long and short), meaning I can no longer do 75% of any of the exercises.
Had this been priced around $40-$50, I would not have been so surprised, but at $160 this is just ruthless capitalization of the need to work out at home during Covid-19.
MY SUGGESTION? Get regular resistance bands at a fraction of the cost, as well as adjustable free weights or a weighted vest, as well as a pullup bar and weighted sand ball. This will give you significant variety in types of exercise, and these classics ensure durability and performance. There's a reason they've stood the test of time and are used professionally worldwide.
In conclusion? DO NOT BUY. We'll see how the company responds to this, I'd like to see if they stand behind their products. At $160, this is a sham.
