I purchased this item to use for July 4 event but was sick so today August 23 I pulled my NEW chair out only to find what looks like a used chair. Not only us the chair scratched up parts are missing on one side and broken on the other. The cover that carries the chair has holes and what looks like burns on it. I am very very disappointed since the chair was expensive I expected a good quality. See pictures attached.
