Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Sometimes you have to sift through negative reviews that really have nothing to do with the product. Other times, they’re spot on. I wished I had read the negative reviews more closely. Numerous customers shared that the ballasts will fail shortly into their life. Mine failed halfway through season two, almost a year to the date of purchase. I am left with four of eight tubes operational. And, don’t even bother reaching out to Agrobrite/Hydrofarms, as their customer service is nonexistent. I got no response. Amazon made it right, however.
