I keep writing to the seller and they refuse to respond to my emails. I've reached out to Amazon.com and they tried contacting the seller but all communication ended there. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. This phone is horrible and they will not help you when/if yours malfunctions. For the following reasons, do not purchase this phone: 1. The headphones' volume function isn't working. 2. My phone overheats and burns my palm. 3. My phone calls are dropped. 4. The Google voice command pops up randomly, interrupting and closing my current work tabs. 5. My phone randomly begins dialing like "####****###" and tries to call these numbers. 6. My media button automatically jumps to extreme volume. 7. My ring tone mutes itself. 8. My data and wireless randomly disconnect even when I'm at home and every other device is fine, then I have to restart this phone and it works again. 9. My text messages are constantly saying "multimedia message not sent" when I did not try to send a multimedia message, in fact, I rarely use messaging. 10. The voice quality on this phone is abysmal. I wrote this on an email and the seller continues to ignore me. They obviously have zero customer service.
