I ordered this tape because of the good reviews. I needed good, strong tape for moving. The tape I received had different packaging and is NOT good. The only thing it seems to stick to is itself. If, god forbid, the loose end touches the roll, it's almost impossible to free it. As you're trying to pick the end, it splits and shreds, so it takes 5 minutes to sort out and then you lose another 6 inches of tape in the struggle. When applied to boxes, however, the tape doesn't want to stick much at all. I've tried rubbing each piece, reinforcing with extra strips, and prayer. I have a house full of stuff to pack up and this tape is making the process so much more time-consuming, labor-intensive, and frustrating than it needs to be. Every box has to be reinforced with 2-3 more strips of tape in the hopes of keeping the boxes closed. And the suspense! Will the tape give way during the move? Will the boxes be able to be moved without falling apart?
