Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

We bought this product open box hoping to save some money on another expensive baby item. The bouncer came in tact and in good condition, but without instructions. We assembled the bouncer with what we had and placed our baby in it, assuming it was ok. Our baby immediately tipped over and crashed to the ground (as you can see in the video we took of his first time in it). Obviously you can hear the panic in my voice, but thank God he was ok. We quickly realized the packaging was missing the major screws to hold the bouncer into the frame. After the initial shock, I was so bothered that an item could be sent without major pieces included, open box or not. We did not pay for a defective or dangerous item but that's exactly what we got.
