SCAM PRODUCT
This product is a scam. Does not work. As a matter fact my husband is an electrician and tested it and it raised the power consumption. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT. Your electric bill will be higher not lower. If I could submit with no stars I would but the only way I could submit my comment was to mark one of the stars.
