Very Mad!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bought this for my 6 year old Grandson for Christmas, it was just nice enough here in Minnesota(44 degrees) that he could take it out in the driveway and try it out for the first time, was so excited. Both the cables snapped. Rode for 10 seconds tops, went to turn so did not go past a certain spot in driveway and SNAP! Good luck trying to get anyone in customer service either by phone or on line.
