Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I was having good luck with amazon and ordering several things but recently I have had several problems and now I have to question if I should continue using amazon. My most recent problem comes from my book case. I don't know if its a packaging issue or a quality issue but 1 of the boards has a broken corner. Now I have it put together because I needed it but I am extremely frustrated. I posted this on 4/12/14...Its now 4/15/14 and amazon has yet to respond
