Initially, was very pleased. Opened the packaged, looked solid, pleasing colors. Stuck it to the shower wall, stayed on. Great! Days later, still on! Even better. No problems with it coming off the wall. Hard to believe. Wow... Then the roof caved in... Well, not literally. But this unit has a MAJOR FLAW. The receptacle is made of a hard plastic type material, but it isn't rock hard, but rather just slightly flexible. I suppose this was so that it would hold handhelds of various sizes. Well, the problem is, even though mine fit nicely initially, after but a couple of weeks, the material had more "give" and became more flexible, so that the weight of the handheld alone was often enough for it to bend the arms a bit so that it fell and clanged against the shower tub. Not good for my nice new Anna shower handheld. Not good at all. So this thing is mostly useless now, as it only stays put when absolutely dry and not disturbed in the slightest way. A tiny bump while you shower and down it goes. Grrrrrrrrrr. And of course, the FREE 365 day returns...well, read the fine print. You probably wont qualify, like I dont.
