I got these from a Lightning round on Amazon, so at least they were cheap. The right earbud failed after 1 hour of use. I spent more than an hour on the phone with Panasonic Customer Support trying to obtain an exchange authorization, after endless forwards and being cut off twice, I gave up. They did sound good for an hour though. UPDATE: I sent them back to the Panasonic Warranty center. (out of principle) Approx 10 days later I received a letter from Panasonic stating this item is not covered under warranty. I sent a copy of the paperwork including the warranty and 4 weeks later I received a replacement pair that work quite nicely!
