Terrible Faulty Unit since day1.. seller and manufacturer not much better than the unit. takes forever to reply or do not reply at all. it is a monster super strong unit when it runs but that's the trick it DOES NOT run for Long before it refuses to start ,carburetor issues, electric start issues, bent push bar, battery issues ..You name it..its got them all.Guess if seller and manufacturer were more responsive and stood by their guarantee warranty promise than it wouldn't be such an issue. Update:2/01/18 still same issue..the generator worked a total of 5 days since the day I received it. Do not buy this unit from this seller or Maxtools they do not help at all, do not stand by their product. Warranty on it is just empty lies!! My Assurion warranty will kick in soon cannot wait to see if I can finally get some help. :(
