Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Where to begin......this is packaging foam as other reviews have stated. I was disappointed upon opening the package and yet had to laugh at how desperate Coleman has become as a company needing to sell packaging foam as a sleeping pad. I can picture some bloke with a pair of shears sitting in a dingy warehouse and cutting up rolls of packaging foam and wrapping it in a label as a sleeping pad. I will never be able to poke fun at a Chinese company again since even they don't stoop this low to make a buck. I'm surprised they didn't just say they were being green and recycling this material to keep it out of landfills. At least then I could have felt I was doing the environment some good.....yeah, no. If you are in need of an inexpensive sleeping pad and want something that will keep you comfortable in varied conditions then look elsewhere. Maybe two or three of these adhered together would give some comfort but this is so thin that even as a kneeling pad it would be worthless. I suppose as packaging material it would work seeing as that's exactly what it is. I guess since the cost to return this stuff is more then what I paid I'm stuck with it. I'll find a use for it elsewhere but if you are looking at this item and hoping it will give you a good nights rest or help you "Rest Easy" as Coleman would have you believe then don't even bother with this product. For only a few dollars more you can get a real camp pad that is actually made for sleeping on. I was being cheap and paid the price for it. Now I'm out 10 bucks and still have to purchase an actual sleeping pad. Hope I can prevent someone else from falling into the same trap. Avoid this product and spend a little more for a decent pad. I'm adding a couple of images from another website that show you exactly what the item looks like. Amazon needs to use these images too so you understand and see better what you are actually purchasing.
