From the moment you open the bottle, all you can smell is rice flour. Pick up the pill & it smells like rice flour. Pop the pill & it tastes like rice flour. Not sure exactly what the composition of the ingredients are but it appears do be pure rice flour & didn't do anything as advertised. I know it says to allow a week or more for the effects to kick in but I can't even bear to take another dose of this crap. I took 2 pills at 6pm & within minutes experienced fatigue, minor headache & stomach ache, agitation & paranoia. I had to distance myself from my coworkers cause even they noticed a change in me & started asking what was wrong! Finally around 11pm these effects wore off & I slept a normal 8 hours waking up to unusual diarrhea. It's saddening because I gave the mixed reviews the benefit of the doubt & just wasted my time & money. In the process of returning this product now! Trust the negative reviews! I am a real buyer, even posted a live picture holding the opened bottle. This product is crap & I'm on my way to buy panax ginseng from another company now!
