I have only had this for 2-1/2 weeks and have already had a problem with the timer knob falling off. The instructions say to turn the knob to the left to turn the unit off, but it doesn't turn off , the knobs break and just fall off the stem. Other than that, this is a very powerful oven and you need to watch what you are cooking, or it will get over cooked quickly. If the problem is resolved, I would give this a 5 star review.. (Edited 12/14/17).... Since I first wrote this review, I contacted Cuisinart to see about getting a replacement knob...was informed that they don't have parts for this product and they would need to replace the entire unit...Problem is, I have to pay shipping BOTH ways. I just got this 2+ weeks ago !! I thought Cuisinart stood for quality, I guess I thought WRONG !! I will think twice before purchasing another Cuisinart product. Changing my rating to a 1 Star...
