I still have not heard back from the seller on this refund. If you go back and look I have had many communications with the seller and Amazon about this. A short recap is that I bought a wind turbine ($1,400) through Amazon that was advertised with 3 spare blades and i sent screenshots of the advertisement. I had to schedule a crane truck in advance to do the install @ $800 and in my very remote area with very limited access for vehicles this was not easy to do. So when the item arrived I had to do the install or lose that money. The item did not have everything that it was advertised to have but I felt sure since this was done through Amazon it would be corrected.   After many emails I was told I would have to return it for a refund even though I told them it was installed ( Wind Turbine ). It took me a long time to get the crane back up there due to there being only one guy in this area with a unit that can make it up there to my cabin. $800 later i got it taken down and now I need to send it in for the refund and need prepaid shipping for return and address.   Unbeatablesale sent an email back saying that they had forwarded the request to the right dept. but I have heard nothing. I have spent a great deal of time and money on this and I am requesting a full refund please.
