Buyer beware, Cyrusher DOES NOT honor their warranty and their bikes are full of problems.
I bought direct from Cyrusher, aside from the fact it took 2 months to receive. It came with a multitude of issues that I had to pay out of pocket to a local bike shop to fix because Cyrusher will not honor their warranty.
The front forks were installed incorrectly. The bearing races were inverted.
The bike had 15 scratches in the paint and some type of stick yellow substance on the lower frame that discolored the paint.
The headlight doesn’t work
3 weeks of use and 200 miles and the battery doesn’t last 15 miles, initially it went almost 30 and had declined since, initially took 4-6 hours to charge, now takes 8-10, it has left me stranded 2+ miles from my destination twice due to the battery dying.
I commute to work with it 16 miles each way, the first 150 miles I got to work with about 20% battery left, now it dies 2 miles from my office leaving me to pedal manually up a 6 percent grade for that last 2 miles.
I bought this so I can make a decent commute to my office, didn’t want to take 2+ hours to get to an from work, initially I was able to make the commute in 48 minutes, with the battery dying 2 miles from the office, it takes me another 40 minutes to complete the ride under pedal only no assist, This is a heavy bike it is very hard to move without the pedal assist.
The company has been nearly non-responsive to my issues, They want you to “prove” your problems by sending them videos of the issues, and then they do nothing.
Additionally they block any negative posts and any negative support requests in their Facebook Support Group. Which is the only way you can contact them for support.
Buyer beware, their are a LOT of o complaints about the same issues on their FB page and in their FB groups.
Cyrusher is a 2 man operation out of China using off the shelf parts to create their bikes and they are drought with problems, and there is no support.
