I purchased the 2 pack of the MERV 13 filters. The 2 pack that arrived did not resemble what I had ordered before. The 2 filters in the 2 pack I received this time did not match each other as well. One had many less pleats than the other one. Neither looked like the product as pictured on Amazon. There were no markings on the filters to indicate anything other than their size. Clearly, these filters were incorrectly packed and labeled. I returned them and will not buy online again. (you can see by the photo how it differs from the online advertised one - including different cardboard frame, many less pleats, etc.)
