THIS IS A FAKE PRODUCT
Very disappointing. THIS IS A FAKE PRODUCT not the real Silpat made in France (label written in French contains misspelled and odd words). I compared this product with my original Silpat bought several years ago at Sur La Table and there are subtle clues that evidence this is a fake. Amazon should do a better job checking its sources.
