Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Bought this thinking it would be good quality because its from AmazonBasics, I was wrong. First one that I bought, followed the directions to a tee could never get passed the first step of identifying handle position, all I every got was the 3 error beeps... could never get past this step. Ordered a replacement from amazon and it arrived within a few days. Second one: Exact same thing, could never get past the 3 error beeps for handle position. Boxed up and I am getting my money back. Something worth noting, I noticed that there was some rust on the inside core where the outer lock sleeve slides into the inside slot, rust is not something I want to see in a brand new never opened box especially on something that locks your home! Should you choose to buy this, I hope your experience is better then what I had. Good Luck.
