I was really hoping to love this product as I have been searching for a good air purifier. I was interested in a fan and air purifier all in one, this product is primarily just an air purifier and hardly any sound is heard, I was okay with this. My main issue came from the fact that the machine had a very strong smell. I figured since it was a new machine it just needed to be ran and it would go away, therefore, I put it in my garage and let it run for a few hours on a couple different days. Unfortunately once I brought it back inside to use, I could immediately smell the same smell. Running it outside for a couple days obviously did not solve this problem. I will be contacting Bissell to see where to go from here. I do not recommend this product unless you enjoy the smell of chemicals and getting headaches.
