Worked well while it lasted. Customer Service is non-existent
It worked really well for 2 months or so, then it stopped heating.
I called customer support which is just an answering machine. They never got back to me.
I emailed them. They asked me to perform all these tests to determine how long it takes to boil/steam water, even though I made it clear to them that it no longer heats up. They of course, never got back me after that.
A good chunk of money wasted in the end. Thanks for nothing Instant Pot
