This is the worst item I have ever bought on Amazon. I will be returning it. The arm rests are way too short (and I am only 5'4. The massage is way too hard. To the point of injury to my neck (which lasted 24+ hours and required pain medicine). I am not new to massage OR massage products and I normally do deep tissue. So I can handle a nice, hard massage. This is not it. Look elsewhere. Edit: Seller is still harassing me. Sending emails every day asking me to change my negative review and offering me gift cards.
