Meh... not what I was hoping it would be. Unboxing and set-up was super easy. That said, I've had the mattress 3 weeks now and I wanted to really wait and sleep on it before I wrote a review. It is much firmer than I expected it to be, and I like a firm mattress. But I just cannot get comfortable on this. I wake up several times a night, tossing and turning and sore in the morning. I'm a side sleeper and my shoulders ache something fierce int the mornings. I'm hoping they will send me a topper for it and that this will be the answer. If not, I may have to send it back. Interesting to note, I posted this same review on their site, but it doesn't show up. So you should always google reviews if you want the whole story. Don't just read what's on a company's website.
